Christianity is simply an ancient pluralistic paganism with a facelift and has nothing in common with Judaism. I often see the expression ?Judo-Christian ethics?, or some such term, bantered about as if to suggest that Christianity has some sort of antecedent in Judaism or the teachings of the Jewish Scriptures. But I now know this idea to be preposterous.\n\nI would rather be the lowest, most humble friend of Israel than the highest, most prestigious enemy.  ");

Paul Wood","Vermont, USA","06/21/04","Unfortunately, when you see \"Israel\" mentioned in the Bible, you equate that name with the Jews of today, Rachel, and nothing could be further from the truth. Jews are from the tribe of Judah, and there are 11 other tribes that comprise greater Israel. Where are the remainder today? When you research the promises made to the various tribes in the Scriptures it doesn\'t take too long to discern that Joseph was considered to be very special to G-d, and when you dig further into the blessings pronounced upon his sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, by Jacob, you will see that it is THEY who bear the name of Israel, not Judah, in the latter days, so this provides us with a major clue as to where some of greater Israel is located today. (Gen. 48:16) A summary of the blessings pronounced upon these 2 lads reveals clearly that Ephraim was prophesied to become a \"multitude, or commonwealth, of nations\", and Manasseh was to become a single, great nation. It shouldn\'t take a rocket scientist to figure out that modern-day Great Britain is descended from Ephraim, and the USA is descended from Manasseh. Look at the blessings promised to Joseph in Gen. 49:22-26 and Deut. 33:13-17. The Jews have NEVER even come close to possessing such blessings as these; but America and Great Britain certainly have. Now, when you factor this truth into Rachel\'s article, and then look at the combined Nobel prizes received by these nations, including Israel (Judah), then we can indeed see how greater Israel has indeed been an ENORMOUS blessing to the world.  Unfortunately, however, we are currently witnessing the demise of all these nations because, just like their forefathers, they have descended into idolatry and lawlessness, and are now reaping the consequences. May G-d help our peoples to wake up and repent before it is too late!!");

Or maybe better to live as an ostrich, in face of danger bury ones head in the sand and pretend theres no danger\'danger - what danger? I cant see any danger\' Gedaliah I could say to you \'ess vet zein gitt\' it will be good, or should I be truly honest to you? If I was honest I\'d say Gedaliah get out of New York. NY is target Numero uno especially Wall St and all the financial hub. Want to destroy a country - attack its economy. You want a ray of hope? The sun will shine beautifully but not till after the storm passes. But I promise you sometime in the future it will be good, but to be there you have to avoid the large craters in the ground, maybe you want to know where those craters are? Then again maybe not. The choice is always ours to make.");

Even if all of Europe and the half in America that do not care or acknowledge the stated problems it wouldn\'t matter.  To live in denial is easy.  Moreover, the sympathy towards arabs from the righteous left will die very hard, if at all.  I can only hope that there is just enough sanity in the western world to stand up to this new gathering storm.");

A tremendous amount of grown is covered in this survey, and I would hope to see in the future suggestions from Rachel Neuwirth about how the Jews and the free world as a whole can confront the many problems that we face now.");
