Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Miniatures and fancy cakes are beautiful, but chocolate chip cookies are always eaten, down to the last crumb!

Main ingredients

3 eggs

1 pound brown sugar

4 sticks (1 pound) margarine

2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Extract

6 cups flour

1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1-12 ounce package Glicks Chocolate Chips

8 ounces chopped walnuts, optional

Prepare the Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream eggs, sugar, margarine, and vanilla extract. Add next three ingredients, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips, and nuts if desired.

Roll into one-inch balls, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheets, one and 1/2-inches apart, for 15 minutes. Do not over-bake.

Tip: 

If you don’t have a cookie sheet, or time to shape the cookies, spread the dough out in two 9x13-inch pans, bake, cool – and cut into bars.
