Yogurt and Pineapple Smoothie

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 (1.4-ounce) box diet vanilla pudding

1 (16-ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt

1 cup ice cubes

Make the Smoothie

You probably have tons of smoothie recipes up your sleeve, but this one is something special. The diet pudding adds amazing texture and taste to this refreshing smoothie.

In a blender combine pineapple, vanilla pudding, yogurt, and ice cubes. Blend well.

Note: 

When I’m not in the mood to take out my blender, I just combine the yogurt and pudding in a bowl, mix it well and refrigerate it until the yogurt has solidified. Then I add the crushed pineapple and I have a delicious smoothie, without having a blender jar to clean.
