Attention women of the world who get hungry right after breakfast - try adding some healthy fat to your breakfast menu!

Main ingredients

1/3 avocado

1/4 frozen banana

3 strawberries, sliced

2/3 cup frozen blueberries, divided

1/2 cup Califia Farms Coconut Almondmilk Blend (OU certified)

1-2 scoops protein powder of your choice (optional)

nuts or coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Pudding

Place avocado, banana, strawberries, 1/3 cup blueberries and Coconut Almondmilk in a NutriBullet900 or blender of your choice. Blend until smooth.

If the pudding is too chunky and thick, slowly add additional milk by tablespoon and blend until you have reached the desired consistency. (This is meant to be a thick, rich pudding, not a smoothie.)

Top with remaining frozen blueberries, coconut flakes and nuts.
