Fresh Apple Shake

Refresh yourself with a sweet smoothie made from apples.

Main ingredients

3 medium Red Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced

3 cups orange juice

3 cups ice

1 and 1/2 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted

Prepare the Apple Shake

Combine apples, orange juice, ice, and raspberries in a blender and blend for about five minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between four glasses and serve immediately.
