Former Israeli Ambassador to the US Danny Ayalon takes time from his whirlwind schedule to be with us today, answering questions about the war, what he feels we owe the United States, and what he perceives is a greater threat to our country than war and hatred.
Two weeks ago, I was part of a group from Maale Adumim that went to 3 army bases to deliver food, clothing, personal care products and other necessities to our beloved soldiers. While there I asked two of my neighbors, Rabbi Yehuda and Reeva Brown, to share with our audience what they were feeling standing among the soldiers and tanks and hearing loud, earth rattling booms.
I close with 2 stories of love in honor or Tu B'Av, on Monday, August 11, the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Av, nationally marked as a day of celebrations of love.
