Day 20 of Operation Protective Edge.
The latest news and updates on the war in Gaza.  The Hamas begs for a 'humanitarian' ceasefire, and then breaks it - over and over again.  43 IDF soldiers have fallen in battle since the start of the operation.
Also, how do spouses who are left alone with the kids manage when their partner gets called up for army duty?  Shoshana Ben Shlomo from 'Eishat Chayal' talks about the 'battle' back home when a mother (or father) is left at home with the kids for weeks on end, suffering from cabin fever and who can't leave their homes for fear of another rocket attack.  Hear how volunteers can and HAVE helped these supportive spouses on the home front - and, how it makes the fighters in Gaza secure that their families are being cared for!  Check out their page here if you would like to join forces.

Later, Shifra Hoffman joins the show and talks about the obligation of the Jewish people to defeat its enemy.

Afterwards, we take an indepth look at the Hamas, with Israeli scholar of Arabic literature and lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, Dr. Mordechai Kedar.  Dr. Kedar gives us a look at the 'mindset' of the Hamas, and why they are fighting what seems to be a losing battle that they can never win.
Lastly, Yehudis, a mother from Ramat Bet Shemesh reads a touching and inspiring letter from her son who is serving in an elite fighter's unit in Gaza.
