In this episode of Life Lessons, Judy changes her usual style. In the first half of the show, she talks about the war in Gaza, the internal strife of the Jewish people and the connection with the Three Weeks of mourning. She also shares her feelings in sending off her oldest son to the ranks of the IDF.
In the second half of the show, she interviews Josh Hasten, who tells of his mission to support both the soldiers fighting in Gaza, and the residents of Southern Israel who are experiencing the battle first-hand. Josh's campaign has drawn support from people all over the world, and has encouraged and gladdened the IDF soldiers greatly.
Josh also talks about his new endeavor on Voice of Israel radio.
