Physics Professor Eshel Ben Yaakov of Tel Aviv University is doing world recognized research on brain "chips of hope". He and Eve discuss if and why the experts in exact sciences have a better handle on seeing the political reality without an emotional overlay. Hadassah Women's Young Judea program brings hundreds of teens to Israel for a year. This month some, like Adina Wilberg, became real Israelis, volunteering with the war effort- and deciding to come home instead of going home. Director of their Israel Experience section Rafi Weiss elaborates on the goals of the program.
Eve Harow, host of Judean Eve is a long-time community activist and tour guide from the Judean hills. Her extensive work in Israel advocacy has taken her all over the world. Each week she discusses archaeology, nature and interviews Israelis on current events in the Middle East and the Jewish world.
