The year is 1943. A young Jewish couple in Holland is expecting a baby, and being encouraged by the Dutch underground to save themselves and their soon-to-be-born child by giving it away to a non-Jew. What should they do?
Jet De-Jong is a Dutch woman who took baby Rivka into her home and raised her lovingly as her own despite the tremendous risks involved. Little Rivka was one of the rare few who was returned to her parents after the war.
Now living in Israel, 70-year-old Rivka Kahana tells her riveting story, full of faith and miracles, harrowing escapes and tremendous kindness.
Tune in to hear this unbelievable tale!
