As the burgeoning Egyptian exile begins to take center stage this week with the reading of the first Torah portion in the book of Exodus, Israel is still covered with the snow of last week's epic storm that began on the Fast of Tevet. What's this unprecedented storm got to do with G-d's Divine promises to Israel -- and the book of Isaiah? And what's John Kerry got to do with anything? Leave it to Yitzchak Reuven and Rabbi Richman to find immense spiritual significance in the timing of Israel's unusual winter weather, tying it directly to the messages of our Torah readings and the spiritual cycle beginning this week. Grab your mug of hot cocoa, snuggle up by the fireplace and listen to a particularly heart-warming edition of Temple Talk!

BUILDING THE THIRD TEMPLE: MAKING IT REAL: The Jewish Link of Bergen County, NJ, interviews Rabbi Chaim Richman
MUSLIM FEAR OF JEWISH PRAYER: The Muslim Wakf and other Muslim organizations, (such as the northern branch of the Islamic Movement in Israel), are petrified of Jewish prayer on the site of the Holy Temple. They repeatedly resort to threats and violence in their attempt to thwart the growing movement of Jews who ascend the Temple Mount in purity with the desire to worship the G-d of Israel with prayer and song.
The footage contained in this short video was filmed by Muslim rioters and posted by them on Youtube. Their video clips were noticed by Israel's channel 10 television station and broadcast some four days after the incident on a late night news and culture daily wrap-up. Among other things, channel 10 points out in this video the almost complete lack of local Israeli media attention paid to the continuing Muslim violence on the Temple Mount.
