Who is Mike Mintz?  Well. Mr. Mintz is an Oleh (immigrant to Israel) with a wonderful dream.  Employ 500 Olim by 2014 and he is off to a good start.

Mike’s company which provides written content for large corporations, started with himself as chief cook and bottle washer. 2 years later he’s up to 30 employees and is need of another 20 right away!

“I feel that reason my company is growing so fast is that  G-d is blessing us because we are hiring Olim” Mintz said with a smile.

Mike believes giving is the way to success.  A good example of this was 2008, while he was still in the good ol’ U.S. of A.  Mike was working with Rachel Berger of Nefesh B’Nefesh, the main organization who helps facilitate Aliyah (Jewish immigration to Israel). Rachel helps Jews get jobs in Israel.

“I was working with Rachel Berger, who is an absolute Angel, I asked her if they had a LinkedIn group. She said she never heard of LinkedIn. I offered to get it started for them, now it’s grown to 8,000 members!” Mike reported.  He takes zero credit for its growth though. “I’m just another Bozo on the bus, I just showed them the way and they took it from there.” Was Mike’s humble say on the matter.

Mike is now looking to hire 20 more Olim, mainly those that are or were attorneys that can write legal content. It’s a work at home freelance job with as much work as you can handle. Perfect for full or part time. He said that one could earn up to 10 -12,000 shekel per month. That is good pay by Israel standards. Those interested can send their resume to
