On a very special "Reality Bytes Radio with Josh Hasten," veteran activist Yehudit Tayar expresses her gratitude for this week's military court decision finding the Arab terrorist mastermind behind the rock attack, which claimed the lives of Asher and Yonatan Palmer on Sept. 11, 2011, guilty of murder. In this unprecedented ruling the court decided that a rock thrown from a speeding car, targeting Israeli civilians can be considered a deadly weapon. Tayar along with several other dedicated volunteers have attended all court sessions over the past year and a half, giving support to the father and grandfather of the victims, Michael Palmer. All were in tears upon hearing the court's just ruling. The sentencing of the terrorist in the case is expected in the near future.
Also on today's show the Eish Kodesh community spokesman Aron Yosef Katsof from the Binyamin region details a police raid on the community in the middle of the night this week in which five residents were taken into questioning for their involvement in a confrontation with nearby Arabs. According to Katsof, he has video evidence that Arabs were the aggressors in the incident in question, which occurred on a Shabbat morning this past February, when they carried out acts of agricultural terrorism destroying a large chuck of the community's vineyards. Katsof explains that the only reason the story of the Eish Kodesh residents taken in for questioning made the news is because it happened in such an usual manner – in the middle of the night. With the children of the community traumatized from the experience, which at the time was believed to be a terror attack, Katsof has evidence that the 4am 'show' was a means of gaining attention in order to appease US President Obama by showing him that Israel was acting against the "settler" population.
