On today's "Reality Bytes Radio, with Josh Hasten," we get up-to-the minute reports from Southern Israel on day eight of operation "Pillar of Defense." Ma'agalim resident Miriam Goodman describes living under fire for seven years and says that a potential cease-fire with Hamas is simply a joke. Despite it all, Goodman is overwhelmed with emotion describing the hospitality and the caring expressed by the rest of the country for those in the South in rocket range.
Also, One Israel Fund Director of Security Marc Provisor after literally seeking cover in a Tzeva Adom (Code Red) in Southern Israel, comes on air to describe his organization's efforts to provide much need equipment to soldiers and security personnel in the South. He feels that Israel must finally turn off the electricity in Gaza, as the Hamas terrorists are using Israeli power to build and fire rockets and missiles at the Jewish State.
