Middle East expert predicts downfall of Abdullah II Regime
On today's "Reality Bytes Radio with Josh Hasten," an exclusive interview with Mudar Zahran - Jerusalem-born Middle East Expert living in political exile in England after fleeing Jordan. Zahran says that the Jordanian regime will fall by next summer. He predicts a crumbling of the Jordanian economy followed by a bloody civil war. Zahran is hopeful that the leadership vacuum will then be filled by secular Muslims as opposed to the Muslim Brotherhood or other radical elements. Zaharn also says he is against the so-called "two-state solution," and thinks that both Israeli Jews and the Arab leadership alike need to understand that a "Palestinian State" should be East of the Jordan River only.
Also on the show, Israel's most active college activist Chaya Esther Pomerantz gives an update on all of her work on campus as the new school year approaches. In addition, we catch up with Nefesh B'Nefesh's own Laura Ben-David literally in a taxi on the way to the airport where she will be traveling to the US to lead Aliyah and social media events in New York encouraging Jews in the Diaspora to come home.
