Israel Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar had some things to say about non-Orthodox Rabbis. Were they said with Derech Eretz? Is the Chief Rabbi the Rabbi of all or just some Jews in Israel? Orthodox self-introspection is recommended prior to the three weeks, to see if we're spiritually rebuilding the Holy Temple or keeping it from being built.
