and .This week, Doug interviews Elinor Ostrom, winner of the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences (2009). Elinor is the only woman so far to win the prize, and in her interview she speaks about what it has been like to be a woman in what used to be very much a mans world. She also shares her prognosis for the economy in the west over the next ten years.
The second part of the show deals with the lighter side of life. Jerry Corley, the founder of the Stand Up Comedy Clinic and a comedy teacher, talks about introducing comedy into business and how to get your clients and friends to laugh at your jokes.
