Over 4,000 illegal migrants risk their lives to come to Israel every month. The majority are Muslims from Eritrea. Some are committing petty crimes in poor neighborhoods and worsening the job market for native Israelis. Jay Shapiro's solution is to set up transit camps to give these illegals job training before they are repatriated back to their homeland. That would help them increase the economy in their homelands when they return. It's a win-win solution for a growing problem that could be exploited by Arab terrorist groups and anti-Jewish NGOs.
