over us and negatively effect our lives. How can we break free from this enslavement and instead of having our bad habits control us, gain
control over our life and our habits? We explore the science behind how our habits are formed and discuss techniques that can be helpful in breaking bad habits and instilling new, healthier habits in their place.

Parenting in a Nutshell: How can we help our children break their negative/annoying habits?
The seder is all about telling over the Passover story to the next generation. Yet, sometimes, the length of the seder can lead children to lose interest and enthusiasm.
