      Segment 1:

Although today we are not physically enslaved to Egyptian taskmasters, we are all to some degree enslaved to bad habits that take control
over us and negatively effect our lives. How can we break free from this enslavement and instead of having our bad habits control us, gain
control over our life and our habits? We explore the science behind how our habits are formed and discuss techniques that can be helpful in breaking bad habits and instilling new, healthier habits in their place.

Relationship Skills:  What is the best way to respond to your spouse when they express their feelings that you really don't want to hear?????

      Segment 2:

Parenting in a Nutshell:  How can we help our children break their negative/annoying habits?

The seder is all about telling over the Passover story to the next generation. Yet, sometimes, the length of the seder can lead children to lose interest and enthusiasm.  Listen to this segment for great ideas on how to keep the children (younger and older alike) involved and enthused throughout the seder night.

Happiness:  Same scenario, different perspective--which makes all the difference if your happy or miserable.
