      Part 1:

Kids from a very young age ask some very tough philosophical
questions.  Are you equipped to answer them.  To a degree, we need to
have answers to these questions ourselves before we can relay an
effective answer to our children.  We then need to know how to answer
      in an age appropriate manner.
      Questions explored in this segment:
      1. Is G-d a man or a woman?
      2. Why does G-d make people sick?
      3. Where did Grandma go when she died?
      4. Why doesn't G-d answer me when I talk to Him?

      Relationship Skills:
Learn about the 3 kinds of listening styles:
      1)Listening to learn
      2)Listening to reject
      3)Listening to your own thoughts.

      Segment 2:

      Parenting in a Nutshell:
How can you effectively discipline your children in public?

We live and a day and age where a sedentary lifestyle is prevalent.
Between our children spending hours a day sitting in a classroom, to
coming home to the television, computer and video games---what are
alternative, more stimulating activities that we can encourage our
      children to engage in?
Tips for encouraging a more active lifestyle.

      Happiness:
The greatest gift is Peace of Mind!
