Today's show features the music of Chilik Frank, the Chassidic world's leading clarinetist. Rabbi Lazer talks about the connection between loving parents and loving Hashem, as trhe Gemara tells us that 3 are partners in bringing a person down to this world – the mother, the father, and Hashem. In the second half of the program, Rabbi Lazer addresses some sticky contemporary problems such as the relationship between Baalei Teshuva and secular parents. The program also discusses whether one has an obligation according to Torah to honor inlaws.
Multi-talented author, speaker, composer and spiritual guide, Rabbi Lazer Brody came to Israel from the USA in 1970 after graduating from the University of Maryland’s College of Agriculture.
