      Hour 1

JewishIsrael.com is an Israeli organization which takes a critical
look at Israel’s alliances with fundamentalist and messianic Christian
groups and sects.  Ellen Horowitz, their Content and Research
Director, joins Eve to discuss the 'Kosher Jesus' furor and the issue
of Christian involvement with this country.  Is Boteach on the right
track with his outreach or do we need to be wary of those with an
      evangelical agenda?

Penina Taylor is an expert in missionary activity towards Jews, having
been involved in that world for 17 years herself.  An author, speaker,
seminary and yeshiva lecturer, and Executive Director of Shomrei Emet
Institute and Torah Life Strategies, Penina regularly answers
questions from Jews and non-Jews alike on Jewish/Christian Polemics,
Israel and its relationship with Evangelical Christianity.  One of her
reactions to the 'Kosher Jesus' book is to ask why Boteach felt the
need to make Jesus more palatable to Jews so that he'll serve as an
interfaith bridge; it's not even clear that the Christian's Jesus is
the same person mentioned in Jewish sources.  Does he even have to be
a part of the dialogue and rapprochement?

2 erudite and knowledgeable women.  It's a complex situation and this
hour gives much food for thought.

      Hour 2

      (22 minutes)

Batnadiv HaKarmi Weinberg is an oil and pastel painter, sculptor and
writer who spent her formative years in the Old City of Jerusalem,
where she still resides.    This charming and bright woman was raised
in a very Orthodox milieu and has stepped 'out of the box' to pursue
her talents, with family emotional support and while successfully
maintaining her standards of Judaism.  An interesting balance and a
      very talented artist.
Her latest showing is   "Inscapes: Works in Pastel” showing at the
      ICCC, Emek Refaim 12, Jerusalem.
The exhibition will be up until January 30th, 2012.
