and .On tonight's Goldstein on Gelt show, Doug speaks to Nicholas Shaxson, a British writer, journalist and investigator who wrote the acclaimed 2007 book Poisoned Wells: the Dirty Politics of African Oil. Nicholas explains what a tax haven is, and why it is important to clamp down on this phenomenon. Find out about the risks of secrecy and hiding money on tonight's show. In the second half, Doug interviews Betty Shotton, an experienced CEO and leadership consultant. Betty is known for her advocacy of leadership and accountability and contribution.
