Mudar Zahran a Jordanian journalist and academic currently in political exile in England says that a Palestinian State West of the Jordan River in Judea and Samaria will not bring peace. Instead Zaharn advocates that a Palestinian State be established in Jordan where the majority of that country’s citizens are in fact “Palestinians”. Zaharn warns that the Islamists are coming to power throughout the Middle East and predicts that the Hashemite Regime’s days in power in Jordan are numbered. His hope is that Jordan will become a true democracy with equal rights for all of its citizens.
