Born in New Mexico, Claud Moore spent the first four decades of his life as a Christian, with his own radio show and a regular spot of sermons across the US as an evangelist. But after reading through the Bible so many times that he knew it by heart, he came to some conclusions: There is only one G-d and no such thing as a trinity. From there he was drawn to Judaism and the teachings of the Torah. Claud, his wife and nine children lived in 43 of the 50 United States, much of that time travelling around in a mobile home and picking up various odd jobs, before making Israel their permanent home. For the past three decades, he's been studying Torah, wearing tzitzit and laying tefillin. His message, delivered in his delightful Southern drawl: Search for the truth, be a moral upright person, and follow the One True G-d.
