Why will a victim of terror be facing a possible jail sentence while the terrorists who were involved in the murder of his parents and siblings go free?
Shifra Hoffman guest-hosts for Tamar Yonah as she gets an exclusive interview with Shvuel Schijveschuurder, the man just arrested for vandalizing former Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin's memorial in Tel Aviv. Schijveschuurder lost both his parents and 3 sibblings in the 2001 Sbarro suicide bombing in Jerusalem, in which 15 people were killed and 130 injured. The terrorists convicted of being directly involved in the Sbarro bombing which murdered his family are reported to be set free in the prisoner exchange deal to free Gilad Shalit on Tuesday. A heart wrenching story.
Also, Shifra speaks with activist Baruch Marzel about the future safety of Israeli citizens after the shalit deal should go through of trading over 1,000 terrorists for kidnapped soldier, Gilad Shalit.
