and .Debra Nussbaum Stepen took some drastic steps to ensure she would not get cancer, even though she is a carrier of the BRCA2 cancer gene.
Then she helped found an organization called BRACHA, meaning blessing, which gives support, medical advice and assistance to those who have the gene, plus everything you ever wanted to know about breast and ovarian cancer. Did you know that men with the BRCA gene have a 6% chance of developing breast cancer?
