For the second time this month, local Arab arsonists living in the Binyamin Region started fires which spread dangerously close to community homes. Binyamin Regional Council Foreign Desk Liaison Shilat Kahalani gives an update on this week's fire near Kochav Ya'akov, which wreaked havoc on the community, forcing an electrical shutdown for at least 24 hours. Kahalini documents other similar cases. She also gives an update on how her office is working with the foreign press to defend Israel's right to live in Judea and Samaria.
