Arabs Riot, Temple Mount Closed To Jews, Obama miffed, Hillary Clinton insulted.., but the First International Annual Temple Mount Awareness Day is an overwhelming success! Tune into this week's special two-hour live edition of Temple Talk as Rabbi Richman and Yitzchak Reuven reflect on the implications of this historic day and receive many calls from listeners who deeply identify with the rebuilding of the Holy Temple. It's Rosh Chodesh Nisan and the very day of the dedication of the Tabernacle... G-d wants us to roll us our sleeves and get to work!
This week from the TEMPLE INSTITUTE: WEEKLY TORAH PORTION: VAYIKRA, with Rabbi Chaim Richman.
As we begin the book of Leviticus, (Vayikra), the third of the five books of Moses, the Torah gets down to the heart of the matter: The korbanot offerings made in the Tabernacle, (and the Holy Temple). These commandments which are difficult for us to understand and maybe even hard to warm up to, are, nevertheless, an expression of G-ds will, and a test of our faith in Him, and our desire to perform His will. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rn2dpkJoAxw

NEWS UPDATE: International Temple Mount Awareness Day.
Important Update This morning, on the First Annual International Temple Mount Awareness Day, dozens of Jews and Gentiles gathered together at the foot of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to ascend in reverence and prayer to the holy site. We were denied access by the police, who essentially caved in to Moslem incitement and violence... exactly the insidious pattern that we seek to change, and that the activities of this day were designed to call attention to. However, the crowd remained undaunted and, in a spirit of Temple renewal and activism, gathered around the newly built Golden Menorah to hear encouraging words of Torah wisdom from Rabbi Yisrael Ariel and Rabbi Chaim Richman. The impromtu ceremony concluded with a sanctification of the New Moon of Nisan, and joyous song. We have created a momentum and we will not stop here. Click here for a brief video of this morning's gathering. http://www.youtube.com/watch?
