and .Mori (Rabbi) Michael Shelomo Bar-Ron, from Beth Midrash Ohel Moshe, and author of the book, " Guide for the Noahide ", joins Tamar and explains where the non-Jewish custom of 'dressing up' on Purim came from, -and you won't like it!!!! However, Torah law comes first, and he reminds us all that during our long Exile from the Holy Land, we may have adopted customs from the nations of the world that we should not have. Tamar Yonah is the daughter of a Holocaust survivor. Her father survived the Nazi brutalities and after liberation, made his way to the shores of the British Palestine Mandate, where again fighting for his survival, fought in Israel's war of Independence.
