In our first segment, we interview Nadia Matar, director of Women in Green who is fighting for the rights of the Jewish People in the Land of Israel. She talks about efforts to establish the community of Netzer in defiance of the current government policy freezing Jewish construction in Judaea and Samaria. This new community in the heart of Gush Etzion sits on the Path of the Patriarchs - in close proximity to ancient mikva'ot (ritual baths), synagogues, and communities. Today it lies between Alon Shevut and Elazar (named for the son of Matityahu the High Priest) who fell in battle in this area. This fascinating and passionate discussion is sure to inspire you. For more information on Women in Green, please visit their website at www.womeningreen.org.

In our second segment, David Willner and Barnea Selavan talk about the meaning and significance of education in today's modern state. Though they don't always agree, the discussion illuminates some of the important issues currently affecting the country today.

In the third and fourth segments, Dovid and Barnea welcome Rabbi Dr. Yirmiyahu Luchins. Dr. Luchins shares his deep insight into time, the calendar, and the Jewish view of creation in an interview that is both scholarly and accessible. Dr. Luchins shares the history of the discussion from the Rabbis and Kabbalists, and deals head-on with the age of the universe and creation. Some of his revelations will surely surprise you. If you enjoyed this interview and would like to invite Dr. Luchins to speak in your community, you can reach him at rdyluchins@gmail.com.
