Mild memory loss associated with aging begins even in your thirties, although most people will hardly feel the effects. Dr. Barry Gordon, Professor of Neuropsychology asks and answers questions like ‘Are there different kinds of memory?’ ’Is my forgetting abnormal?’ Or ‘Why does memory get worse as I grow older?’ He suggests how memory can be improved. Also: Come with me on a visit to a day centre for the older mentally impaired, and hear the founder, Dr Arnold Rosin, Professor of Gerontology explain the methods of how your loved ones who have Dementia, can be stimulated with warmth, loving kindness, and different forms of mental exercise and movement. It’s an enlightening experience.
