Warnings of rocket attacks in Judea and Samaria have long been heard - and today those who issued the warnings received a measure of support.

It was released for publication today that Israeli security personnel arrested, a month ago, a Hamas terror cell in Ramallah that was engaged in manufacturing Kassam rockets. The rockets were to be fired at Jewish towns in Judea and Binyamin, just south and north of Jerusalem, and possibly at Jerusalem itself. The head of the cell, Fadel Taha, and five accomplices were all arrested, and their Kassam-making lab was found. Taha was released from Israeli prison two years ago.
