Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan is furious at reports that the Prime Minister is considering only partial sovereignty.

"There's a great concern here, not only for me, but also for many Knesset Members and ministers in the Likud. It's a deliberate coup and subverting an historic process that we've been selected for, a promise of sovereignty over all localities, and a fear of surrender, a fear of total lack of staying power in the face of the United States, and a concern of squandering this historic thing called sovereignty, with all kinds of old-wive's-tales," Dagan told Arutz Sheva.

He said, "The public elected Netanyahu and Likud three times in the past year to bring true and full sovereignty over all the localities. They did not vote for Israbluff sovereignty. The public in Israel won't forgive the Likud and Prime Minister Netanyahu if he misses this, it's unforgivable. He's a leader and for that reason the people have chosen him and us. At such a time, leaders should make historical steps."

Dagan adds, "There's a very hard feeling and we may find ourselves on the verge of chaos and the dissolution of the national camp. Nobody in the world, not the Prime Minister nor the U.S. President, has the right to give up an inch of Israel. If you want to apply sovereignty in the first phase to only a part, you can, but it certainly doesn't justify giving up any other part."
