In an exclusive interview featued on Fox News, US First Lady Melania Trump spoke to Sean Hannity about her role as First Lady, along with her thoughts on the media and other current issues.

“I do what I think is right", said Trump relating to being criticized by the media, "I know I will get the criticism - from the public or from the media - but I will do what is right and what I feel is right for the country and for the people. That’s why I say I want to stay true to myself and listen to myself - what to do and what is right and what is wrong and to live a meaningful life every day.”

Asked "what has been the hardest thing that you have to deal with?” Trump answered: “I would say the opportunists who are using my name or my family name to advance themselves - from comedians, to journalists, to performers, book writers...”

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity then asked: “Does it hurt?”

“It doesn’t hurt", answered Trump, "the problem is they’re writing history and it’s not correct.”
