MISSING: Feminist's mouthsFlash 90

In recent days, the human rights organization B'Tzalmo has turned to prominent feminist Knesset Members including Merav Michaeli (Zionist Union), Shelly Yachimovich (Zionist Union), Michal Rozin (Meretz), and Tamar Zandberg (Meretz), following allegations of sexual assault against an Israeli resident of Samaria at the hands of Israeli police officers.

The organization asked the MKs to join the demand to investigate the case - based on claims by Geulat Tzion residents - that Yasam special forces police officers sexually assaulted a woman during an eviction. Thus far, however, the MKs have not responded to the organization's request.

It was also reported that MK Shuli Mualem (Jewish Home) appealed to those four MKs to join her in demanding a hearing to propose a point of order on the matter - but her request was also rejected.

As of this writing, no public statement has been made by the aforementioned MKs regarding the difficult incident.

MK Aliza Lavie (Yesh Atid), Nurit Koren (Likud), and Merav Ben-Ari (Kulanu) supported the move.

It seems that feminist MK's from the extreme Left who usually wail bitterly upon suspicion of sexual abuse and claim women should always be believed, have been struck mute in this case.

MK Michaeli said in response: "I received a request for a quick discussion by MK Mualem that was sent to all MKs, and I didn't join it because the matter is under investigation by the Police Investigation's Division and I'm considering submitting something on the issue this week."

MKs Yachimovich, Rosin, and Zandberg did not respond to our request.
