Despite the heat, we're starting to feel a drop in temperatures and the rains will come. 103FM's Sharon Wexler says despite the lingering high temperatures, higher moisture can already be felt in the air.

A rise in temperatures is expected tomorrow with heat wave conditions in the mountains and country's interior areas. Towards the weekend temperatures will drop and Wexler is optimistic that significant rains will follow soon after.

This evening the weather will be partly cloudy with the wind direction northwest 17-23 mph, and wind gusts 36 mph. The wave height on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea 90-180 cm. High sea warnings are in effect, with a danger of floods in the southern and eastern rivers. The air pollution forecast is medium.

Tonight the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy with high and medium clouds, and there may be local rainfall.
