Kenneth Abramowitz, Managing General Partner and co-founder of NGN Capital, received the Shofar Award at the National Council of Young Israel's annual gala dinner in New York.

“I feel a responsibility to go to as many Jewish charity events as I can and as many Republican political events as I can, because both the Jews and Republicans, for separate reasons, need more cultural strength and need more rationality. So I try through contributions and through speeches to help people think more clearly,” he told Arutz Sheva.

“There are two kinds of people in life: People who are dictated by rationality and people who are dictated by emotion. In general, Republicans are the party of nationality and Democrats are the party of emotion. I tell politicians, ‘You should be 50/50’. I personally am probably 80% rational and 20% emotional but I tell politicians that 50/50 is the right mix,” added Abramowitz.

His main message to America and the world is: “We have to do three things: Grow our economy, protect our culture, protect us physically. If we do that we will defeat the enemies of civilization.”
