Nine people were killed in a suicide bombing attack on a church in the Pakistani city of Quetta Sunday.

Two suicide bombers blew themselves up during Sunday prayers at the church, which was packed with some four hundred worshipers. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire after the explosions. Fifty-seven people were injured in the attack. Seven of the injured are in critical condition, hospital spokesperson Wasim Baig said.

Quetta police chief Abdur Razzaq Cheema said that police are searching for two accomplices of the suicide bombers who fled the scene.
