The Jerusalem riot storm continues. Throughout the night, roads in Jerusalem's haredi neighborhoods were blocked by dozens of protesters from the radical Yerushalmi Faction (Jerusalem Faction).

The Jerusalem District Police reported that "during the night, dozens of haredim arrived at Shivtei Yisrael and Haturim streets, stood on the road and prevented vehicles from traveling via alternate routes."

Police also reported that, during the night, rioters burned a number of garbage dumpsters that have since been extinguished.

"Police dispersed the rioters, who subsequently left the area," but the riots did not conclude with the rioters' dispersal.

Later in the night, police were informed of stone-throwing that began following clashes between haredi-appearing groups and others. There were no casualties.

A resident of Malkei Yisrael Street told police that the window of his house was damaged as a result of a stone that had been thrown. "When police arrived, the rioters fled and police searched the area for those involved," the Jerusalem police spokeswoman said.
