Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner are struggling to find renters for their posh Manhattan condo following Donald Trump’s 2016 win, even after dropping 30% off the asking price.

After Trump took office in January, some retailers nixed orders from Ivanka’s fashion line – a move some attributed to backlash among left-leaning consumers.

While it is unclear if the First Daughter’s difficulties in finding a renter for her Manhattan property are also part of the backlash against the Trump brand or merely a reflection on a bloated Manhattan rental market, the 502 Park Avenue condo has been listed now for nearly a year.

Located near Trump Tower, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was first listed last November for $15,000 a month before being dropped to $13,000 in February.

Now, Bloomberg reported last week, the asking price has been lowered again to $10,450 per month.

Ivanka purchased the condo for $1.5 million in 2004. A similar nearby unit owned by the Trump Organization was sold for $2 million earlier this year.
