ISIS suicide bombers on Saturday attacked a state-run power station in Iraq's northern city of Samarra.

Samarra is located approximately 60 miles north of Baghdad.

Three workers and four policemen were killed in the attack, which left 13 others wounded.

The explosives caused a fire, and the station was forced to shut down, police and army sources said.

At least three terrorists were involved in the attack, which occurred around 3:00 a.m. All the terrorists wore explosive vests, and used grenades to enter the power station.

One of the terrorists died when his vest detonated, and the other two were killed by security forces, who regained control at approximately 6:00 a.m.
