Soldiers injured from smoke inhalation

About 10 IDF soldiers were lightly injured this morning from smoke inhalation when a smoke grenade went off during a training exercise.

About 10 IDF soldiers were lightly injured this morning from smoke inhalation.

Channel 10 reported that the soldiers were injured after a smoke grenade went off during training at the Shizafon base in southern Israel.

They were evacuated for medical treatment at Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.

The military police opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
