Minister for Social Equality Gila Gamliel visited the protest tent set up opposite the Prime Minister's office by Beit El regional council leader Shai Alon.

Gamliel spoke for a long time with Alon and other residents of Beit El and promised that she would work to implement the government promise to establish 300 housing units in the community.

Gamliel said that "the government promised 300 units in Beit El and promises must be kept. I will act already on Sunday at the ministerial forum to achieve the implementation of the promise. Construction in Judea and Samaria is a national interest of the first order and as a government from the national camp we need to implement this," said Gamliel.
