Leah Goldin, the mother of IDF soldier Hadar Goldin, whose body has been held by the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza strip for nearly 3 years, called on the international community to work to bring her son home for burial Wednesday.

"My son is actually a victim of a ceasefire, rather than the victim of a war, since Hamas took advantage of knowing the IDF protocol not to shoot during a ceasefire," she said.

"We call on the international community to come together in a political and financial measure in order to push and motivate Hamas to bring our sons home. And not just Hamas, but also the countries and entities which support Hamas, she added.

"If Hamas is serious about resolving the situation in Gaza then they must comply with this basic humanitarian demand."
