Police treating Manchester blast as suicide bombing

Police have identified a man believed to have been the perpetrator of the suspected terror attack last night in Manchester which killed 22.

Manchester police have identified a man who they believe carried out the attack earlier in Manchester, according to CNN.

According to the report, ofiicials say the blast was the result of a "probable" suicide terror bombing.

No other suspects have been identified so far.

“This is currently being treated as a terrorist incident until police know otherwise,” police said in a statement.

Twenty-two people have been confirmed dead so far, with 59 others injured from a huge blast which took place at a Manchester arena following a music concert.
