Seven people were lightly injured from smoke inhalation when a drone crashed into an abandoned house in the village of Zalfa near Umm al-Fahm in the north. It appears the drone was being used for spraying pesticides on nearby fields.

Residents of the area reported heavy smoke coming from the building after the crash. There was also some concern that people were in the house, but firefighters arriving at the scene quickly ascertained that the structure was empty.

Aircraft crash investigators from the Transport Ministry are on their way to the area to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
