On Friday, during consultations between Knesset Speaker Yuli (Yoel) Edelstein (Likud) and Knesset Commander Nitzav Yosef Grif, the decision was made to increase MK Yehuda Glick's security detail. The plan was put into action the same day, following a video calling for Glick's murder was posted on Youtube.

The violent animated clip features terrorists infiltrating the town of Otniel, and shooting Glick as he leaves his car.

The video's title reads: "Yehuda're next in line. There is no place for you in Palestine."

Glick, who's life's work has been to increase a Jewish presence on the Temple Mount, has fought for years for Jews to have the right to freely ascend to the Temple Mount. The status quo only allows for a few Jewish visitors a day, and only in a distant section of the compound.

A year and a half ago, a jihadist terrorist attempted to assassinate Glick. He was critically injured, though after a miraculous recovery he entered the Knesset, and has continued his work from there.
