Ohio Governor John Kasich will speak at next week's American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) policy conference.
AIPAC made the announcement on its Twitter account on Thursday. Kasich just this week won his first state in the Republican presidential primaries, taking his home state of Ohio on “Super Tuesday 3”.
In speaking at the AIPAC conference, Kasich will join Republican frontrunner Donald Trump and leading Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, whose appearances have already been confirmed.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz, another Republican presidential candidate, is also listed on AIPAC's website as being a speaker at the conference.
Earlier this week, Trump canceled his appearance at a televised debate of Republican candidates in order to focus on his AIPAC speech.
Following Trump's announcement, Kasich said he would not be participating in the debate either, leading to it being called off altogether.
