Education Minister and head of the Jewish Home faction, Naftali Bennett, has called once again for the unilateral annexation of "Area C" in Judea and Samaria.

The statement came during an interview that Bennett held with Yediot Aharonot television Sunday. "My belief is that if someone is coming to kill you, get up and kill them first," said Bennett during the interview, quoting a passage from the Talmud.

When asked about the war on terror, Bennett responded that he "believes the government has done a lot to combat terror."

Bennett explained: "I want to remind you that there was an incredible terror wave that hit Jerusalem and due to the government's crackdown that wave has gotten much smaller and moved out of Jerusalem and into the area of Hevron and Gush Etzion."

"We have been living with terror in Israel for over 120 years, and the wave began long before the State of Israel was founded, long before the Six-Day-War, and we overcame it in the past."

Bennett suggested that the Israeli government and the army adopt some of the techniques utilized in the high-tech business world.

"We are seeing a paradigm shift in the conceptual advancement in our enemy," Bennett illustrated. "We saw them utilize the tactic of asymetrical shootings from apartment buildings and then jump to the idea of attack tunnels, a concept that eliminates the tactical advantage of the Israeli air force."

When asked "what is happening from our standpoint?" Bennett responded: "Exactly.

"I come from the world of high-tech. in High-tech I called it disruptive innovation. Sometimes you cannot develop just a little bit, you need to advance an entirely new concept, and this is something that I am definitely trying to promote in all of the various applicable fields."

Bennett called to annex area C in both Judea and Samaria in a unilateral move. "We have already separated ourselves from the Palestinians, they rule themselves in their own autonomous region. My plan would be to give the Palestinians 'autonomy on steroids' in areas A and B, and to begin to annex area C in stages beginning with Gush Etzion. We need to get this started already."

Bennet refused to state whether he aimed to be elected prime minister in the next election, and sufficed by saying that he was proud of the accomplishments that have been made in the Ministry of Education.

"In the Education Ministry, we are building the future of Israel, that is the Prime Minister of the future. I am very happy with my current position because I am creating Israel's look 30-40 years in the future. I came to govern and I came to get things done."
